Having initially worked @ Stereo in 2001, 2002 & 2003 as the Artist relations director. BiG AL was also responsible for obtaining and finalizing major sponsorship deals from brands such as The Smirnoff Experience, Red Bull, Nestle Pure Life Water, Triple 5 Soul, BPM Culture Magazine, Klublife Magazine, Benson & Hedges, Du Maurier (Imperial Tobacco), Proton Radio, Chug Records, Ready Mix Records, Opek Records, Fly Boutique, Bacardi, Gourmet Recordings & Tao Recordings. In 2004, AL‘s hard work, dedication and loyalty were recognized. He was offered the talent buyer & musical director position by Def Mix Productions’ Owner and Grammy Award Winner “David Morales”, where he served for 2 years 2004-2005. AL assured musical integrity, scheduling, nightly programming and artist relations. He was also responsible for adding the following residents & concept nights to the already world renowned DJ roster.

                 Furthermore, BiG AL  introduced many internationally renowned DJ’s to the Montreal scene including Chus & Ceballos at Stereo & Black & Blue 2004, Demi @ Stereo, Asad Rizvi @ The London Club, Patrick Turner @ The London Club, John Creamer at Stereo, Miss Honey Dijon @ Parking to name a few.  AL also  worked as a musical director/consultant and a booking agent for Dino’s Lounge in 2002, The London Club in 2003, Blended Productions in 2004, Parking Night Club in 2004, and recently Duplex in 2005.

AL organizes, promotes & hosts his own intimate events called “THE TUBE” at different venues and invites his friends to drop by for guest appearances.  Past guests of “THE TUBE” included Asad Rizvi (Montreal Debut), Patrick Turner (Canadian Debut), Jay Tripwire (Montreal Debut), Chus and Ceballos (Canadian Debut),  Audio Soul Project/ Mazi (Montreal Debut), Steven Caicedo (Canadian Debut), Demi (Montreal Debut), Wally Lopez (Montreal Debut), John Wander & Karin Bash (Canadian Debut) and Taimur Agha (Montreal Debut). The Tube also hosted the Fabric 21 Mix CD Tour with DJ Heather on the Formula 1 weekend @ Duplex in 2005 (Montreal).

AL also co-owns and runs the Ready Mix Entertainment Group, which consists of a record label (Ready Mix Records) since 1998 www.readymixrecords.com which recently got to the #1 position on the Beatport Top Downloads Charts and the DJ Magazine Hype Charts,  a publishing company (Ready to Publish) since 1998, a production company (The Tube) since 2003 and a booking agency coming in 2006. As Ready Mix A&R & Label Manager he has signed many artists including (Tone Depth & Sultan, Steven Caicedo,  Quicksound, Thomas Penton, Joseph Anthony, James Benitez, Tarot, Darren Duvall, DJ Cruz, David Kassi, Marrocco, Mario K, & Markomm),  to his constantly growing roster of DJ’s & Producers.
