Dimitrios Kasiaras aka David Kassi, was born in the city of Lamia, Central Greece in 1987. From a very young age, David’s love for electronic music was apparent and started experimenting and playing with synthesizers. At the age of 16, he started writing and producing his own original music while DJing at many local clubs and cafes.

In 2005, and only 18 Years old, he signed his first contract with critically acclaimed Pangea Recordings. A release containing 2 tracks “A Room with a view” and “Future Dream”. Following his first release and the positive feedback he’d received, David got inspired and began writing music a bit more seriously. Soon after that, his talent was recognized worldwide and his tracks were flying off the shelves and getting signed to Behold Records (USA). Helvetica Records (Swiss), Xquisy Tech Records, Lifetime Records (Germany), Acute Records (USA), Fiberline Audio (USA), NRG Records (Greece) and Ready Mix Records (CANADA). David was also busy remixing tracks for Jesse Perez (Behold Records) & BiG AL (Ready Mix Records). As a DJ, David shared the decks with Tone Depth, Christian Cambas, Stel and John Dalagelis to name but a few.

2006/2007 promises to be massive for David and you will definitely be hearing lots of good things about him. Look out for his productions on all the labels mentioned above.
