Marco Matins a.k.a. "Markomm" was born in Lisbon, Portugal, where he now lives. From an earlier age, his relationship with music was already strong, specially with electronic music. which was a kind of “love at first sight” making him instantly want to explore that universe in a bigger way. The passion grows, and he tries to establish contact with the nightlife, where he becomes interested in DJing.

He started his learning process at home, consequently the opportunities to show his techniques appear, playing in some local parties. It was a small step from DJing to production. What began as a self music experience quickly evolved to something serious, as he starts creating some tracks the response among friend DJ’s and producers was great.
