 Our
3rd release on the Green Dot series comes from
Russian superstars
Moonbeam.
Moonbeam consists of a team of two brothers,
Pavel & Vitaliy
Khvaleyev. With over 50 releases &
remixes to their credit on such great labels as Global
Underground , Pure Substance, Toes In the sand, Helvetica,
Cyber, Traum and Flow Vinyl to name
a few. Moonbeam also run their own
successful labels, Moonbeam Digital,
MoonTribal & Disoma Records.
Their tracks have also been licensed to
Sharam (Deep Dish) GU 029 Dubai, DJ 19 on IO Music &
Universal Music. Moonbeam’s sounds are no strangers to the
dancefloor.
Their 2006
hit Snowfall lit up the music scene with a breath of fresh air.
We are very excited to finally release a perfect follow up to
their electronic tribute to nature with their gem
“SUNSET”.
Entitled
SUNSET, the track evokes a purely enlightened scenic moment
existing in the setting of the sun. Beautiful female vocals
calling on the sunset intertwine with the signature Moonbeam
keys to create emotions felt and music lived.
With
2 Original mixes, we offer reinterpretations that please the
desire for multiplicity. The '4x4 mix' is for a housier flavor
with a groovier bassline, while the 'Breaks mix' offers
sharper edges with a twist of electro for a little voltage
buzz.
On
the remix duties, we are delighted to welcome & present
Stan Kolev for this organically inspired electronic
delight, DJ and Producer Stan Kolev a.k.a (Casa Flava, Casa
Bulga, Future Mode, Casa Mecca) runs and operates Outta Limits
Productions out of Miami and has over 50 releases and remixes
out including masterpieces like (Shana, Beautiful, Soma Funk,
Get There & Even Flow). Stan’s tracks also appear on CSI
Miami, BPM TV, Plastic Fantastic, Plastica, SFP, Soma, Dutchie
Music and many compilations such Hernan Cattaneo’s
Renaissance, Renaissance Presents Series, David Penn & DJ
Chus, Paul Oakenfold, GPal and David Morales’ Bal En Blanc to
name just a few.
Stan’s
remix is the definition of deep, mature and well-produced
house. Wicked drum programming along with a magical touch to
the vocals coupled with his signature bassline, pads and
production quality gives his remix the recipe for an instant
classic.
The
dub is subdued with no vocals, less synths and more groove.
